Agent Reminder has been, hands down, the best program I’ve ever used to keep my head clear and transactions on track! It’s been the easiest way for me to keep track of my contract deadlines, particularly when I have three or more deals happening/overlapping at the same time. Everyone involved (other agent, lender, escrow officer, seller, buyer, etc.) is updated on a regular basis and I don’t have to physically pull a file anymore to know what is going on … everyone’s happy and it eliminates any confusion as to when events are supposed to happen.
